The Shootout Poker Run brought boaters from across the country to Lake of the Ozarks last Friday, Aug. 28, 2026, for one of the biggest events of the summer.

The run, supported by LakeExpo Real Estate, kicked off at Dog Days before sending participants across the Lake, stopping at waterfront bars and restaurants to collect chips for their poker hands. The day wrapped up at Shady Gators, where boaters turned in their hands.
