CAMDENTON, Mo. — A massive development planned between Camdenton and Linn Creek continues to move forward.

MO Lake Development LLC earlier this year announced their plans to develop the near 2,200-acre parcel of land and lake-front property located behind the Camdenton Wal-Mart.

This week, on Tuesday, July 19, the local-led development group received approval of its proposed Phase 1 Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) designation from the City of Camdenton Board of Aldermen during their regular meeting.

MO Lake Development also received approval on a pre-annexation agreement with the City of Camdenton last month and is working with Linn Creek on a similar pre-annexation agreement related to a portion of the property adjacent to that city.

MO Lake Development, LLC, is led by siblings and Camdenton High School alumni Blake Hodits and Brandi Freese.
