Powerful engines and crazy fast boats are the major draw for the annual Lake of the Ozarks Shootout. There's no race like it as powerboaters from around the world compete one-at-a-time down the 3/4-mile course. And this year's Top Gun propelled into history with a 242 mph run on Aug. 24.
