LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. — Winds could gust up to 60 mph at the Lake on Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning, as a storm system moves through the region.
The National Weather Service says the southerly winds will become more westerly overnight, and they could be accompanied by gusts up to 60 mph, between 7 p.m. and 3 a.m. The NWS says a few strong-to-severe storms could develop with enough instability. Widespread flooding is not expected with the fast-moving system. Winds are expected to diminish by Wednesday afternoon as the cold front moves through.
