Clinton Ray Slawson, age 49, of Stover, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018, at his home. He was born July 22, 1968, in McAlister, Oklahoma, a son of David W. and Carolyn J. (VanCleave) Slawson.
On December 29, 2012, in Tonganoxie, Kansas, he was united in marriage to his surviving wife, Kimberlee C. (Keeney) Slawson.
Clinton was currently employed at Railhead Incorporated as an underground directional boring specialist.
In his spare time he enjoyed bird hunting. He loved spending time with his family and lived life to the fullest.
In addition to his wife, Kimberlee, he is survived by his sons, Storm Slawson of the home and Colin Daniels of Lawrence, Kansas; his parents, David and Carolyn Slawson of Edwards, Missouri; his brother, Steven Slawson of Edwards, Missouri; his sister, Jennifer Morris of Overland Park, Kansas and many family and friends.
A celebration of Clinton’s life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions are suggested to his son, Storm Slawson.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction and care of the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles.
