JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Since Amendment 2 took effect in December, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) has been working to create rules and regulations for the new medical marijuana program by the constitutionally mandated deadline this summer. As part of the rule-making process, DHSS is actively seeking suggestions and feedback from as many experts and stakeholders as possible.
The department will host a forum Wednesday evening, February 13 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Jefferson City at the Governor's Office Building, 200 Madison Street, Room 450. The public is invited to offer thoughts, whether verbally or in writing, to the state about the rules they will make pursuant to Amendment 2.
