The City of Laurie presents the Enchanted Village of Lights at the Laurie Fairgrounds. The Enchanted Village of Lights is one of the largest drive-through holiday light parks in Mid-Missouri. There is no charge to drive through the Enchanted Village, but donations are greatly appreciated. The Enchanted Village of Lights is open Sun. - Thurs., 5 - 9 p.m. and Fri. & Sat., 5 - 10 p.m.
For the 12th straight season, the city of Versailles will light up its city park for the Unity Circle of Lights from Nov. 28 - Jan. 1. The holiday light park is named after the "Unity Circle," a monument erected at the park entrance to show cooperation among various entities in the community and features as many as 40 lighted displays, including several animated holiday scenes for the family. Admission is free.
St. Patrick Festival of Lights will be open daily from 5 – 10 p.m. from Thanksgiving through Jan. 1. There is no charge for this beautiful light display, St. Pats says it is simply their gift to the community. With 4,000 strings of lights, over 60 automatic timers and more than 350 extension cords, the Festival of Lights has turned into one of the major places to see.
Take a short drive through Osage Beach City Park for holiday-themed light displays sure to please the whole family. Easy to access, it's a fun, festive display and a quick way to add Christmas flair to a December evening. Open Wednesday – Sunday evenings from Nov. 30 - Dec. 29.
