LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. – On Monday, July 8 and Tuesday July 9, Lake area residents who subscribe to Co-Mo Connect's television service experienced wide-spread outages. Service was interrupted from Monday morning through Monday afternoon at around 4 p.m. and then went down again Tuesday morning around 4:30 a.m.
According to a representative at Co-Mo Connect, these outages are due to a problem with their in-house router and it affected almost all of their subscribers. They are trying to keep their customers updated through their website at www.co-mo.net and through their Facebook page. Television service is expected to resume at any time.
