LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. — A new tool aimed at fostering business innovation at Lake of the Ozarks will launch this week.

The HUB Virtual Business Incubator creates an ecosystem of services such as mentoring, programs, connections and financial resources, which, according to organizers, will foster entrepreneurship in the region by creating an environment in which existing businesses can grow and expand and new businesses can start-up.

Four community presentations have been scheduled in Osage Beach, Sunrise Beach, Camdenton and Lebanon to unveil this collaborative, entrepreneurial tool.

The HUB Virtual Business Incubator HUB Chairman, Jason Lutz commented, “the overall goal of increasing the rate of new business start-ups in the region and to create an environment supportive of entrepreneurship are the goals of this regional effort.”

The cities of Camdenton and Osage Beach, along with Camdenton R-III School District, the Camdenton Chamber of Commerce, Agri-Pulse Communications, Lake Regional Health System, Lebanon Regional Economic Development Inc., and four regional power co-ops—Central Electric, Laclede Electric, Co-Mo Electric, and Sho-Me Power—are listed among HUB's partners at
