OSAGE BEACH, Mo. — A luxury senior living community—the first business in a massive, $385 million planned development on Route KK in Osage Beach—will be welcoming the public this Saturday, Feb. 16, for a Grand Opening event.

Arrowhead Senior Living, a Midwest Health community, has been under construction since 2016. An assisted living community, Arrowhead is designed for is for those who can no longer live on their own, but do not yet require nursing care, according to the company's website. The skilled nursing wing will offer 24-hour skilled nursing care and be supervised by a licensed physician.

The community officially opens on Monday, Feb. 18, which is when Arrowhead will be able to begin accepting the first residents. At Saturday's Grand Opening event, the public is invited to come meet Arrowhead staff, tour the community, and enjoy light refreshments from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. View the event on Facebook. On the assisted living side, Arrowhead has 90 rooms, 16 of which are in the memory care unit. Three levels of care are available in the assisted living wing, as residents' needs change. An additional 80 rooms are on the skilled nursing side. All rooms are private.

More than merely rooms, Arrowhead also features a therapy gym, beauty salon, and family party room for residents.
