Living on the Lake of the Ozarks for the past 23 years with my husband and my family, I can say that to love the lake life makes it easy to sell it.  Having degrees in Public Administration and Political Science have aided me in best assisting my buyers and sellers in staying current with all the new zoning laws, state laws, and federal overreach into our lake area.  Staying an advocate for my clients by attending public meetings that deal with local issues whether at the Planning and Zoning meetings; meetings held by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission about the management of the Lake of the Ozarks; FEMA meetings about regulating flood levels; or staying engaged in the recent fight at the state and local levels with reference to legislation regarding the vacation home rentals at Lake of the Ozarks, I am a firm believer that it is important to invest the time in learning what is going on in those arenas that regulate and control the laws and ordinances to best represent my clients.    

My husband is a life long resident of the Lake.  Jeff is the head football coach of the Camdenton Lakers.  Football is a huge part of our lives.  We have three kids who keep us busy.  Sophie is a freshman in college, Bo is a junior in high school, and Bear is a 6th grader.   Our family is the center of our success.  Our commitment to our faith and a belief that time invested in our family is cherished and valuable, is the cornerstone of who we are.  You will find me on a Friday night in the fall cheering on the Camdenton Lakers.  In my free time in the summer you will find me happily in my back yard watering my flowers, or chasing the sunset in the boat.

I am a licensed Realtor. I have counted it an honor for the past 23 years to be a part of so many family's stories in finding their homes and being able to sell their homes so they can move on to their next chapter.  To be allowed to be a part of those journeys have made my job such an amazing experience.  I am honored to call so many of those clients my forever friends.  

Protecting my sellers while marketing their property is something I don't take lightly.  Making sure that houses are showcased for their true assets is important.  Understanding what buyers are looking for in different areas of the lake is my specialty.  The lake is so diverse and unique, every corner offers different selling points.  These selling points are important to note so buyers who are not familiar with a certain area can understand the demographics of that area they are looking at.  Knowing how to navigate negotiations and solve unique problems that may only arise on the lake, make my experience in selling the lake for 21 years a true asset to my sellers.  In selling your property there is so much more than just taking pretty pictures and writing up fancy marketing sound bytes.  Protecting my sellers to the best of my ability with the tools I have acquired over the past 21 years is something that I feel very strongly about.

I am committed to listening to my buyers and finding that perfect fit.  Education is key.  I commit to not just being a shower of property.  I will always try to do my best to teach my clients about the unique characteristics of the lake area, good and bad.  I will teach you about the laws that exist here that may not exist where you come from.  Whether looking for acreage and four wheeling on a farm to showing clients lake front property from the back seat of a boat before they sign their contract, I am committed to making your real estate experience at the Lake something meaningful. The lake area has something for everyone.  It takes a good listener and someone who knows the lake inside and out to find that niche you may be looking for.  I am that agent.
