Sept. 14, 2019 @ 8:30 a.m. - Noon

WHERE: Ha Ha Tonka Kayak Steps, 1491 State Road D, Camdenton Missouri 65020

The Lake of the Ozarks Watershed Alliance will be celebrating their last Kayak Meet Up of the year on September 14, 2019 starting at 8:30am at the Ha Ha Tonka Spring Trail Pavilion.

This event is FREE TO THE PUBLIC and will have kayak demonstrations (we provide all equipment needed) as well as a pot luck lunch, so bring your favorite dish!

LOWA, MO State Parks, and OneSource Services are working together for the betterment of the community in creating a demonstration area to create a fun way to educate the public on what can be done to keep the lake healthy. They will be premiering the new PERMALAUNCH Kayak Launch donated and installed by OneSource Services. This is a unique launch that holds the kayak in place while the person gets in/on and then you can push yourself out without any fear of dumping over!

In addition, a Sit On Fishing Kayak valued at over $300 will be raffled off! To enter the raffle, go to the LOWA Facebook page and make a donation on the Kayak Raffle post. You receive 1 raffle entry for $5 or 6 entries for $20.

Participants can bring their own kayaks or use the ones provided to enjoy the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks first hand.

For more information on the event, please call Donna Swall at 573-434-4900.
