LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. — A truck ended up in the Lake of the Ozarks Tuesday, on the Gravois Arm.

According to bystander Andy Irvine, the incident happened around 1 p.m. on Jan. 8, on a private ramp at the former Mongoose II Bar. The truck was backing down a private boat ramp when the accident occurred. According to a person at Whan Towing and Recovery, who pulled the truck out, the driver lost control of the truck as it reached the water, and it floated away from the ramp.

Moreau Fire personnel responded to the scene. There were reportedly no injuries.
