It's the tournament built for amateurs, where they have a chance to win big: the Big Bass Bash returns to Lake of the Ozarks next weekend. But this year's event is roping in the lake that connects with Lake of the Ozarks: Truman Lake.

Founded in 2006, the Big Bass Bash has shelled out millions to novice anglers across the country. This fall, anglers can hit Truman Lake as well as Lake of the Ozarks for the two-lake tourney.

Full details are at https://midwestfishtournaments.com/tournament-trails/big-bass-bash/

Every paid entry into this tournament gets anglers one entry into a drawing to win a brand new Phoenix 818 with a 150hp Mercury engine with upgraded tandem axle trailer. Retail value is $40,000. The drawing will be held on October 3 during the Awards Ceremony at PB2 (Grand Glaize State Park). A whole host of extra contests and bonuses give anglers even more chances to win. Learn more here.
