Without anyone keeping an eye on the place, problems can be waiting to greet you when you arrive for what should be a restful weekend on the water. And that’s why Kwik Kar in Osage Beach has launched their new Lake Home Checks service.

Kwik Kar in Osage Beach is much more than just a place to get a carwash. It has become the Lake’s premier car wash, oil change, and dockside boat cleaning facility. The services at their Osage Beach location extend far beyond the physical building.

They also provide much-needed lake services through their boat and dock cleaning, as well as their Lake Home Checks businesses. “We recognized the need for a trustworthy home walk-through service for part-timers at the Lake so they can have peace of mind when they’re away – especially in the off-season. It prevents being caught off guard and being confronted with costly problems when they come back to their home for the season,” says Jesse Witt, Dock Side Boat Cleaning and Lake Home Checks Manager.

This ‘peace of mind’ costs just $60/month for a one-year membership and $100/month for a six-month membership. During your membership, the Kwik Kar Lake Home Checks staff will walk through the interior of your home and around your property and dock. They’ll keep an eye on your investments by making sure that nothing looks out of the ordinary. They’ll also take pictures from a comprehensive checklist of up to ten items of your choosing and include them in a prompt follow-up email. Checklist items can include decks, patios, dock, irrigation controller, breaker panel(s), pool, boat(s), PWCs, boat lifts, spa, shed, dock house, garage, and anything else you need them to check! If at some point during your membership you have months that you don’t need a walk-through, you can apply those fees towards any of Kwik Kar’s essential boat or dock cleaning services. 

Kwik Kar’s boat and dock cleaning services are both performed dockside. Their special dock cleaning pontoon has two skid-mounted industrial pressure washers and other specialized equipment to effectively clean from your dock’s concrete floor to the bottom of the dock roof. An extensive cleaning of your dock is not only vital for proper dock maintenance and upkeep, but also for ensuring your pest control applications are most effective. By destroying the habitat that spiders and other critters have created over time, it is far easier to keep them away.

There’s also a Kwik Kar coming to Camdenton late February 2022! It will be located at the intersection of Highway 5 and 54, and will provide a tunnel car wash, oil changing, and on-site automotive window tinting. Club members will enjoy the addition of another location further adding to the value of being a car wash club member.
